Good Blogging Practice Part-24

Blogging has became a popular platform for expressing thoughts, idea, marketing, advertising, promotion etc. Lots of blogger are there who has taken blogging as a professional career and one of them is ProBlogger’s Darren Rowse.

Lots of non-successful blogger are also there who are trying hard to become successful like ProBlogger’s Darren Rowse. Gradually they are also achieving their target.

If there is consistency, persistency with strong dedication we can achieve any thing

And we all know this fact,

But over work is not recomended

If we stay long before computer without any break then there is a big chance of CVS(Computer Vision Syndrome). And its my personal experience. When I stayed long before computer I faced problems like,

  1. Irritation in Eye
  2. Neck Pain
  3. Back pain
  4. Finger pain etc.

But, I did some healthy tricky job. Not staying too much time before computer. How?

  • I used to take 30 minutes or 45 minutes of break after one or two hour of work before computer.
  • In the meantime I used to gossip with my family/friend or do some other non computer related job.
  • Doing some Pranayam like, Kapal Bhati Pranayam, Anulom Vilom Pranayam, Bhramri Pranayam, Bhastrika Pranayam etc. in the morning also helped me a lot being fit and healthy.

So, maintaining a healthy body can also be considered as Good Blogging Practice!
