Get Experienced With New! Adobe Share
We are familiar with Adobe very much. Few month back Adobe has announced that they will launch a service which will help us in document collaboration (sharing, managing and organizing ). Now the waiting time is over, Adobe has launched Share. So, get into details about Share.
Share is a web-based service which will let you to upload, share files by embeding it in webpage or blog or send documents without e-mail attachments, and access your documents from anywhere. Here the supported files formats are
- Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007 formats
- RTF, Open Office formats, text and PDF
- HTML
- GIF, JPEG, BMP, PNG
- Creative Suite file formats
- SWF and Captive formats
- and ZIP.
How to get started with Share?
- Browse files from your computer
- You can share this files to whom you want to share, giving recipients e-mail id and message. Although this step is optional.
- Now choose the level of access, whether Open access or Limited access
- At last click the Share button
That’s all your task of uploading files are over.
Now if you go to My Library you will find your uploaded files. Here if you hover on files you will find button like,
- Download documents
- Share the document
- View detail information about this document
- Delete document.
Now it’s up to you what action you want to do. If you click on the View detail information about this document button, then you will find two button URL & Embed code. So, if you want to share this files to some one else then just give the URL to some one whom you want share or get the Embed code and put it in your Site or Blog. But, all this require you to create Adobe ID first at Share and if you already have Adobe ID, then you need not sign-up again, just sign-in with your existing Adobe ID and Password.
