Being a blogger I understand blog related tools and services are how important. And it’s same to all blogger who want to get their blog notified by numerous number of visitors.

Recently when I am researching over some good free tools for blog then I stumped into Splashpress Media.

Bloggy Award is another venture of Splashpress Media which hunt for the greatest blogs in blogosphere, reviews and rewards (cash prize) them on the basis of writing quality (written with passion and personality), design, etc.

PingMyBlog:-

As from the name itself we can guess what this service could be. PingMyBlog is a pinging service which notifies all the major blog directories and helps your blog to get crawled and indexed by search engines.

Feedvault:-

Feed Vault is a free RSS feed directory that features an RSS reader cum aggregator. Here you can submit your blog feed URl, but needs to register first.

Blogging Directory:-

BlogRush a well known name nowadays to blogger for traffic concern. As BlogRush claims,

My question: “Is BlogRush Really Rush Traffic Towards Your Blog?”

Now, if we look at BlogRush’s underlying mechanism of driving traffic towards blogs—it lets you to add a widget in your blog which promotes your blog posts on related blogs who are using the widget on their blog.

As per BlogRush, based on “syndication credits” your blog posts gets visibility over other related blogs. If your “syndication credits” is bigger, naturally more visibility/ traffic.

Now, if we look at some data then you will understand, how BlogRush works as it says.

So, as per above illustration it’s true fact that BlogRush helps generate traffic, but compared to number of syndications, number of readerships are too low. Reason may be blog reader rarely look at this widget and clicks on posts.

Because, good number of syndication doesn’t mean good number of readers. When number of syndications and number of readers, both becomes of significant number that time you enjoy real traffic.

No doubt, BlogRush is a nice concept and it works fine. But, it’s also depends up to your capability to make the title of the post more catchy.

I have noticed from my previous post on Good Blogging Practice, that the title of a blog post is important. On that post I have integrated a poll titled-“Good Blogging Practice Part-1″-Does This Kind Of ‘Title’ Snatches Your Attention Toward Rest Of The Post?, and till date this post don’t have grabbed much attention towards my readers. So, there are some problems. What could be the problems?

1. Lack of promotion
2. Lack of readership
3. or other problem

In my concern, the very problem is right promotion. Visibility is required for a blog to get acquainted with readers. We are human being always hungry for information and knowledge, and blog is the right media to get those food. Here the very problem is?unexpected growth of blogosphere. Today, each and every day lots of new comers are getting into this big sphere. So, proving yourself as a better blogger is not a silly job, and that needs quality writing, right promotion, etc.

By the way, I think for Espreson or other blogs, title is not a big factor, because 10 years back people weren’t familiar with the name of Blog, but today, a large number of people are aware of it. Today, ‘Good Blogging Practice Part-1′-this type of title is not hot, but who knows tomorrow.

As I have told earlier, Visibility is required for a blog to get acquainted with readers, but how? This is a big question for every blogger. So, ways of visibility is our concern, and in this regard I want to add some ways from my experience which could help you find visibility. Lets share,

• Getting engaged in some forums or discussion boards
• Genuine on-the-topic commenting on other blogs (No! spam comment like, nice post, nice coverage, etc.)
• Other methods

Backlink is a term associated with Web site or Web page. It can be defined as,

A Backlink is a link that points “back” to your site, usually from another site.

Backlink is also well-known as incoming link, inbound link, inlink, and inward link. Why are the Backlinks most popular?, because search engines counts the number of Backlinks a Web site has, and based on that, they puts that Web site’s search engine ranking. In this regard I want to add, that Google’s Page-Rank algorithm counts Backlinks to determine a Web site’s rank. So, when we consider for a Web site’s Search Engine Optimization our goal becomes to increase Backlinks pointing to that Web site.

In this context, Espreson has adopted one method called, Friendly Links exchange program. With this new feature you can show-up your Blog or Site in Espreson.
