Backlink is also well-known as incoming link, inbound link, inlink, and inward link. Why are the Backlinks most popular?, because search engines counts the number of Backlinks a Web site has, and based on that, they puts that Web site’s search engine ranking. In this regard I want to add, that Google’s Page-Rank algorithm counts Backlinks to determine a Web site’s rank.
