Just imagine the future of paying with your smartphone. You don’t have to carry wallet stuffed with credit cards, debit cards, loyalty cards, cash, coins. Just tap on your mobile phone and within a flip of a second; you pay for what you shopped.
Google has unveiled Android Pay, the simple and secure way to pay with your Android smartphone.
How does it works?
With Android Pay, you just place your mobile phone near your merchant’s contactless payment terminal. Android Pay does all the job. You don’t even need to open an app—just tap and go. You’ll also see a payment confirmation and get transaction details right on your phone.
Also, with select retailers, your loyalty programs and special offers will be automatically applied at checkout. With Android Pay the contactless terminal not only receives your payment info, but also your loyalty programs and offers.
Security
When you shop at a store, Android Pay won’t send your actual credit or debit card number with your payment. Instead it use a virtual account number to represent your account information — providing you with an extra layer of security.
The Android Pay is just baking in US. Not yet launched. Will be launched soon. so, hold your breath till it comes to your phone and get available at Android Play.
